These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the staff and event crew text messaging program operated by FSV Burgers Inc., doing business as FSV Hospitality ("FSV Hospitality," "we," or "us").

1. What you will receive

 

This program sends shift reminders, requests to confirm a shift, and scheduling updates to our own staff and event crew. It does not send customer messages, marketing texts, or promotional offers.

2. How you sign up

​

You enroll by providing your mobile number and selecting a separate SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default. Providing your number alone does not enroll you. Participation is voluntary. If you do not enroll or later unsubscribe, contact your manager to arrange another way of receiving scheduling information.

 

3. Message frequency and cost

 

Message frequency varies according to your shifts and scheduling activity. Message and data rates may apply.

4. How to stop

 

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out. After that, you will receive no further messages from this program unless you opt in again. To join again, reply START, UNSTOP or SUBSCRIBE to our messaging number. For help with re-enrolling, email info@fsvhospitality.com.

6. Delivery

 

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

7. Privacy

 

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 8. Changes

 

We may update these Terms and will change the "Last updated" date when we do. Changes to these Terms do not expand your SMS consent to new message purposes. We will ask for any additional consent required before sending messages outside what you agreed to.
