3. Staff and Event Crew Text Messages (SMS)
FSV Burgers Inc., doing business as FSV Hospitality, operates a text messaging program for our own staff and event crew. Messages include shift reminders, requests to confirm a shift, and scheduling updates. This program does not send customer or marketing messages.
You opt in by providing your mobile number and selecting a separate SMS consent checkbox, which is unchecked by default. Providing a mobile number alone does not enroll you. Participation is voluntary. If you choose not to receive texts or later opt out, contact your manager to arrange another way of receiving scheduling information.
Message frequency varies according to your shifts and scheduling activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out, after which you will receive no further messages from this program unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance or email info@fsvhospitality.com.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Limited processing by providers operating this program on our behalf is described in Section 4.
